NILESH DOSHI

A voracious reader, highly knowledgeable, who can talk on any subject with confidence and aplomb, he also has 30+ years of work experience under his belt working with some of the best companies in the industry like Pidilite, Praxair, Floatglass India, before moving on to pursue his passion in investing and honing his skills by joining as Head – Equity Research & Institutional Sales at Techno Shares & Stocks, Way 2 Wealth Brokers and later at Edelweiss Financial. Nilesh has time and again proved to be an eminent expert with a distinguished track record for making accurate predictions, with his calls generating 5 -10x returns.

In 2009 – 2010 his top stock picks included Hindustan Unilever Ltd, Cadila Healthcare, Jyothy Labs, TTK Prestige and Kaveri Seed Company. Between 2011–2013, he initiated coverage on companies like Navin Fluorine International, SRF Ltd, KEI Industries, Subros, CCL Products and Essel Propack. He also recommended Biocon and Britannia Industries post 2014. ABHISHEK BHARDWAJ

Accountant by training, a numbers man with attention to detail, Abhishek like a deep sea diver loves to go deep down into the financial reports and Balance Sheets of companies, along with in-depth understanding of multiple sectors and industries. This skill makes him a stock picker par excellence. He has devoted 19+ years learning, training and making money in the equity markets, with institutions like Reliance Mutual Fund, Monsoon Capital (FII), Heritage Capital (FII), Star Union Dai-Ichi Life and Care Ratings.

Abhishek brings on board a strong performance track record in Equity fund management. Prior to starting this firm, Abhishek was working as Equity Fund Manager with Star Union Dai-Ichi Life Insurance Company. Funds managed by him comfortably outperformed relevant Benchmarks. Having worked in 2 US based FIIs (Heritage Capital and Monsoon Capital), Abhishek has exposure to international best practices in fund management.

The Heritage Fund was nominated among the top 5 funds in India for its performance in 2010 by Eureka Hedge. Long only, 3 year return of Heritage Capital was 55.3% vs. 38.5% for the benchmark. Previously, Abhishek worked with Reliance Capital Asset Management as Research Analyst and later as Portfolio Manager. He is Managing Partner and Principal Officer at Green Lantern Capital.

PRADEEP GOKHALE

Chartered Accountant, ICAI and Chartered Financial Analyst, CFA Institute USA

Pradeep is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute in the USA. Prior to joining Green Lantern Capital LLP, he worked as the Head of Equity at ITI Asset Management Ltd. for 4 years. He has also worked with Tata Asset Management Ltd., CARE Ratings Ltd., Bombay Dyeing, Tata International, and Lubrizol India Ltd. With over 23 years of extensive experience in fund management, equity research, and credit evaluation and ratings, Pradeep brings valuable expertise to the company and supports portfolio construction.

During his 15-year stint at Tata Asset Management Ltd., Pradeep managed a broad spectrum of schemes across large-cap (Tata Large Cap Fund), multi-cap (Tata Large and Midcap Fund, Tata India Tax Savings Fund, and the equity portion of Tata Hybrid Equity Fund), offshore fund (Tata India Offshore Opportunities Fund), and thematic funds (Tata Ethical Fund) with assets under management exceeding Rs. 5,000 crores. He was responsible for heading the equity research function and tracking various sectors and a wide variety of stocks. At CARE, Pradeep took care of multiple ratings and advisory assignments of companies across manufacturing, financial services, and other service sectors. He is Portfolio Manager at Green Lantern Capital.

Keen interest in human behaviour and related studies has helped him in creating abundance for people in their lives through long term philosophy in equities.

An expert in portfolio management, right sizing of investments with focus on risk, he brings in “Behavioral Finance” expertise with a focus on capitalizing full potential of investments over the long run.

Nitin has over 18+ years of equity market experience, working with institutions like Reliance Capital AMC and Edelweiss Financial in research & Portfolio management. His last assignment has been as an Investment Manager at Miras Investments (USD2Bn global family office based out of Oman) which has given him the opportunity to understand markets and investments on a global scale
